Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of the Cyber Security experiential project, managing timelines, budgets, and coordination across various workstreams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Multi-Agency Coordination: Commission and manage external agencies in experiential production, PR, and digital, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Experiential Delivery: Oversee the planning and execution of live events that resonate with business owners, making the threat of cyber crime feel immediate and urgent.
  • PR and Digital Management: Integrate PR activities with experiential efforts, ensuring a cohesive narrative across all channels.
  • Cost Control: Own the programme budget, tracking expenses and managing supplier contracts with precision.
  • Risk Management: Maintain a live risk register and implement governance structures to ensure project quality and compliance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 8+ years in senior project or programme management, leading complex multi-agency initiatives.
  • Expertise in Experiential Delivery: Proven track record in managing large-scale live experiences, roadshows, or immersive activations.
  • PR and Digital Acumen: Strong background in managing PR agencies and delivering integrated digital campaigns.
  • Commercial Management Skills: Budget ownership and supplier contract experience are essential.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage Director and C-suite level stakeholders with confidence.

Education: Degree-level education or equivalent experience is preferred. Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are a plus!
