Network Support Lead (Wi-Fi & Wireless) 📍 London | 💰 Up to £65,000 + Development Opportunities We're looking for a hands-on Network Support Lead to lead a team of engineers whilst acting as the technical authority for enterprise wireless networking, LAN/WAN infrastructure, routing and switching. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine leadership responsibilities with deep technical networking expertise. What You'll Be Doing Leading, mentoring and developing a team of support engineers. Acting as the senior escalation point for complex Wi-Fi, wireless and networking issues. Supporting, optimising and troubleshooting enterprise wireless environments. Driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. Working across networking, Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure technologies.What We're Looking For ✅ CCNA or CCNP certification (essential) ✅ Strong experience with enterprise Wi-Fi and wireless networking ✅ Proven expertise in routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and firewalls ✅ Experience leading or mentoring technical teams ✅ Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure experience ✅ MSP experience highly desirable Why Apply?
