Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models to track spending, planning, and forecasting across product and finance areas.
- Identify and implement process improvements while measuring their effectiveness.
- Analyse data to uncover trends, providing actionable insights to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.
- Manage project planning, status reporting, and documentation, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
- Guide team members in risk mitigation strategies, escalating issues as necessary.
- Contribute to community and team engagement initiatives, including recruitment and organising diversity events.
- Review datasets to extract relevant information and generate impactful insights for leadership.
- Prepare and present financial reports, making recommendations for product areas and market strategies.
Minimum Role Qualifications:
- Proficient communication skills.
- Strong business partnering capabilities.
- Knowledge of financial performance metrics and financial modeling.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and stakeholder management.
- Technical skills in Finance or FP&A, along with data analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and finance risk management skills.
- Strong financial technical aptitude.
- Robust analytical skills.
- Data and SQL experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in document/spreadsheet management.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Background in core operations management, including budget and governance.
Working Schedule: Hybrid (On-site: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; Remote: Monday and Friday)
