Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Drive the delivery of a comprehensive workplace experience strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Contracts Management: Oversee all contracts under your jurisdiction, ensuring they are executed professionally and meet the expectations of both customers and business partners.
  • Site Operations Management: Implement industry best practises to create a first-class workplace experience for all on-site personnel.
  • Innovation and Technology: Leverage innovative technologies and automation to develop new operational methodologies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sustainability Commitment: Actively engage in sustainability initiatives, collaborating closely with the wider Workplace group and partners to promote eco-friendly practises.
  • Team Development: Mentor and facilitate the training and development of team members, fostering a supportive and cooperative environment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert for Workplace Experience and Front of House operations, supporting the development of processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management as required.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to assist with other duties within the Workplace team when necessary.
