Our client is seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Technical Operations Manager to oversee and enhance their data centre operations. This is a temporary position based in the bustling area of London, where the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of data centre activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical operations within the data centre, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures that enhance efficiency and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and facilities management, to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Monitor and analyse data centre performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data centre management or technical operations role, preferably within the eCommerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading projects to successful completion.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks and best practices in data centre operations.
