As the Assistant Vice President for Corporate Banking Loan Operations, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse loan portfolio across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for:
- Daily loan servicing, coordination, and actioning of all aspects of loan administration for a complex level 4 loan portfolio.
- Supporting the operational elements for strategic initiatives and regulatory changes, along with technology upgrades.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for new products and processes.
- Collaborating with front office colleagues and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues efficiently.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives through the KAIZEN philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, adhering to Head Office rules and regulatory obligations.
- Liaise daily with various teams, including Service Provider, Marketing, Treasury, and Finance, to manage responsibilities and obligations effectively.
- Coordinate and settle Agency fee billing and manage Credit Risk Insurance invoices.
- Provide SME knowledge to support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Undertake reporting and analysis, including Past Due Reports and Risk-Fee Reports.

- A strong understanding of Loans Administration roles and current market trends.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in LoanIQ, SWIFT payments, and an understanding of legal loan documentation.
- A proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing customer experience.
