Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you will take the lead on design-and-build projects within the retail sector. Your mission? Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

    • Create and track detailed project budgets.

  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Implement quality control processes.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct site inspections and manage client handover.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
    • Support multiple projects within a small, agile team.
    • Provide clear updates to senior leadership.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management.
    • Professional certifications (RICS, CIOB) preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods and design processes.
