About the Role: As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall well-being of our university environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Housekeeping Services, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver high-quality, efficient cleaning services. This hands-on position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding our service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
- Respond promptly to service requests and adapt to the needs of the university.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in training and inducting new staff, including temporary vacation hires.
