Role description
We are looking for a temporary Alumni Engagement Officer to join our team. Tasks for the role would include:
- Providing administrative and coordination support for alumni engagement activity, including assisting with event communications, sending invitations and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the delivery of international events and visits by assisting with logistics, preparing briefing materials, coordinating marketing activity and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Carrying out research tasks, such as identifying and profiling alumni in relevant regions to support engagement planning and event preparation.
- General coordination and admin support for alumni engagement activity, including preparing materials, drafting and sending communications, maintaining accurate records and trackers, scheduling meetings and supporting minute‑taking where required.
- Providing general administrative support across the team, including maintaining shared resources, updating online platforms and assisting with routine programme activity as required.
