About the Role

We\’re looking for a cheerful, warm-hearted Santa Claus to bring festive magic this holiday season! You\’ll be the star of our Christmas grotto, creating unforgettable memories for children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with a big smile and festive spirit.
• Listen to children\’s Christmas wishes and spread joy.
• Pose for photos and create a magical experience.
• Work closely with elves and the events team to ensure smooth operations.

What We\’re Looking For

• A jolly personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with children and families in a friendly, patient manner.
• Comfortable wearing a Santa suit and maintaining the festive character.
• Previous experience in customer service or performance is a plus (but not essential).

Requirements

• Must be available for Weekend Shifts during December.
• Enhanced DBS check required (we\’ll assist with this).
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
