City of Wolverhampton Council is looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Children’s Home Care Workers (Residential) to join our Children’s Family Homes service. This rewarding role provides an opportunity to support children and young people in a family-style residential environment, helping them achieve stability, improve their wellbeing, and reach their full potential.

You will work across our residential homes, including our specialist short breaks service at Upper Pendeford Farm.

About Our Short Breaks Home Upper Pendeford Farm:
  • 6-bed residential home
  • Typically supports between 2 and 4 children at any one time
  • Provides short break and respite care services
  • Supports children with emotional and behavioural needs
