Job Title: Compliance Officer Location: Chesterfield Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum Our client is seeking an organised and detail focused Compliance Officer to join their Sustainability and Compliance Team. About the Role: Support and conduct audits in line with ISO standards and company policies. Accurately record findings and help identify corrective actions and opportunities for improvement. Assist in communicating compliance requirements and guidance to teams. Support Health & Safety risk assessments and compliance inspections. Assist with incident investigations and follow-up actions. Help develop and maintain compliance procedures and documentation. Support the company's compliance improvement plan focusing on H&S, Quality, and Environmental objectives. Assist with the rollout and ongoing improvement of the Compliance Management Platform.The ideal candidate will possess: A genuine interest in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance. An awareness of basic Health & Safety and Environmental requirements, with a willingness to learn. Excellent organisational skills and a reliable approach to managing a varied workload. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with colleagues at all levels. A keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.The role is based from the company's Chesterfield location, however flexibility to travel across the UK when required is essential, for which a company van would be provided.
