Our client, a dynamic player in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Manager to join their Global Markets Client Onboarding team. This fast-paced, client-facing team is responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for both new and existing institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for institutional clients across Global Markets products and various lines of business.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC, and Operations teams to ensure onboarding requirements are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential delays, and proactively drive resolutions.
- Maintain accurate client records, onboarding documentation, and system data in line with internal policies.
- Assist with reporting activities and management information production within the Client Onboarding function.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing efficiency and reducing onboarding cycle times.
- Deliver an outstanding standard of client service while adhering to regulatory and control requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Client Onboarding, Client Services, Account Management, or a similar role within Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC and regulatory documentation requirements relating to institutional client onboarding.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively across various teams.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools and onboarding platforms is advantageous.
- Proficient analytical and reporting skills, with experience in producing management information and tracking operational performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- French language skills are beneficial for engaging with parts of the EMEA client base.
- Experience supporting change initiatives or process improvement projects.
- Knowledge of Global Markets products and institutional client onboarding processes.
- An interest in emerging technologies, such as AI, automation, and data analytics, with a willingness to embrace new tools that enhance operational efficiency.
Training & Support:
Comprehensive training will be provided through documented procedures, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), side-by-side coaching, and structured on-the-job training to ensure success.
