Pay: £13.34 per hour (£26,000 per annum)

Contract: Ongoing temporary / Temp to Perm for the right person

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join a busy Lending Operations team within a growing UK financial services organisation. This role plays a key part in supporting the lending lifecycle, ensuring documentation is produced accurately, communications are managed efficiently, and operational processes run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast‐paced, professional environment and is looking for long‐term stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining lending and customer documentation
  • Drafting formal correspondence and letters to solicitors
  • Producing bespoke correspondence for clients, accurately extracting and inputting information
  • Managing a shared email inbox and directing queries to the appropriate internal teams
  • Handling incoming post, scanning, and electronic document management
  • Preparing and processing documents for submission to the Land Registry
  • Requesting, tracking and chasing signed documentation where required
