Pay Rate: £13.35 per hour Contract: Full Time Type: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Packaging Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is a full-time role offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing team. The position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for successful candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a commitment to quality. Assemble packaging components and package products in line with SOPs. Print, check and apply product, regulatory, and safety labels accurately. Carry out quality checks, identify defects and report any issues. Follow work instructions and complete production paperwork accurately. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, PPE compliance, and workplace safety. Work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency. Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or packaging environment is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
