Service Centre Manager to take ownership of a busy and fast-paced service centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance.

The Role
As Service Centre Manager, you will oversee all operational activities within the service centre, ensuring service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.
You will be responsible for developing and motivating your team, managing budgets, improving processes, and maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
You will act as a key liaison between customers, employees, and senior management, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services while identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
- Drive operational performance, productivity, and service level agreements.
- Ensure customer requirements are met through effective planning and resource management.
