We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse team. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver who is looking for long-term stability, development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely carry out daily warehouse operations in line with health and safety procedures.
- Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch stock accurately.
- Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and warehouse equipment safely.
- Complete pre-use equipment and vehicle safety checks.
- Process deliveries, returns, and dispatch documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records and system updates.
- Assist with freight bookings and shipment preparation.
- Support stock counts and inventory activities.
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with warehouse standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential: Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
