Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Assembler to join our production team. This role involves hands-on assembly work, including cable preparation, machine testing, and supporting the manufacturing process to meet customer requirements across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products to company specifications
- Work with cables, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing
- Operate and test equipment and machines to ensure product quality and performance
- Carry out quality checks and report any faults or inconsistencies
- Prepare finished products for dispatch to various industry clients
- Follow technical drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Assist with general production duties as required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production role (preferred)
- Experience working with cables or electrical components is advantageous
- Familiarity with testing equipment or machinery is beneficial
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
