Change Management Specialist

Location: Predominantly Remote but with infrequent travel to London and Windsor required

As part of the Group Functions 2030 Programme, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.

About the Role:

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for determining high-level change impacts, designing employee journeys for impacted areas, and driving the execution of change initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of navigating the complexities of organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Impact Analysis: Assess high-level change impacts and design comprehensive employee journeys for areas affected by changes.
  • Process Documentation: Accurately record changes to processes, roles, and responsibilities within the new operating model to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Change Execution: Lead the execution of change initiatives by coordinating rollout activities and tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership Support: Provide essential support to business leaders in managing the change process, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
  • Adoption Facilitation: Actively facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools to enhance productivity and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, organisational development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
