Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day grounds maintenance and landscaping activities on new‑build homes
- Lead, motivate and support a dedicated team of grounds operatives
- Ensure all works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard
- Coordinate effectively with site management and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with site safety procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks and support onsite audits
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification (essential)
- First Aid qualification (essential)
- Fire Safety training / experience (essential)
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
- Experience supervising teams on construction or new‑build housing sites
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
