Job title: Qualified Accountant Location: Carnforth Salary: £40,000 - £49,000 About the Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice. You will manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed and family businesses, providing high-quality accountancy services and practical commercial advice to support client growth and success. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop strong client relationships. Prepare, review and deliver financial accounts. Produce management accounts and business reports. Provide commercial and financial advice to clients. Identify opportunities for tax planning, restructuring and business improvement. Support business development through networking and referrals. Work with senior leadership to enhance processes and systems.Essential Requirements Experience in a client-facing accountancy practice role. Proven portfolio management experience. Strong commercial awareness and business advisory skills. Experience with accounts preparation software. Knowledge of Sage, Xero and QuickBooks. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
