Are you ready to make a significant impact in the energy sector? We are a global leader in energy technology, dedicated to helping companies and countries reduce emissions for a more reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy system. We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Assurance Professional to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis for 6 months!
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Professional, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating quality assurance across manufacturing processes, product development, and project execution. You will ensure that quality standards are embedded throughout the value chain—from design and production to delivery—supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Quality
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO‐compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS) across manufacturing operations.
- Lead internal audits, manage non‐conformance processes, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to optimise process capability and reduce variation.
- Product Quality
- Oversee product validation, testing, and inspection protocols to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Support FMEA, control plans, and quality gate reviews during product development.
- Act as a neutral reviewer in design reviews and product release decisions.
- Project Quality
- Serve as Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), ensuring quality is integrated from the sales phase through to project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project‐specific quality plans, including risk assessments, quality gates, and milestone reviews.
- Coordinate cross‐functional quality teams and liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Train and upskill the New Product Development (NPD) teams in the latest quality tools, ensuring quality milestones are embedded in all development plans.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence cross‐functional teams and drive cultural change.
