Hours: 35 hours per week, including nights and weekends

Hourly Rate: £18.85

About the Role

As a Care Home Support Worker Team Leader, you will take the lead in managing night-time activities in our residential and respite establishments. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Safeguarding Residents: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Medication Management: Assist in the administration and monitoring of medications.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and support plans are met.
  • Problem Solving: Address emergencies and challenges as they arise, fostering a safe environment for both staff and residents.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Previous experience as a team leader in a care setting.
  • The ability to work nights and weekends.
  • A current moving and handling certificate.
  • Strong communication skills.
