About the Role
As a Care Home Support Worker Team Leader, you will take the lead in managing night-time activities in our residential and respite establishments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safeguarding Residents: Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Medication Management: Assist in the administration and monitoring of medications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a dedicated team, ensuring high standards of care and support plans are met.
- Problem Solving: Address emergencies and challenges as they arise, fostering a safe environment for both staff and residents.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Previous experience as a team leader in a care setting.
- The ability to work nights and weekends.
- A current moving and handling certificate.
- Strong communication skills.
