About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Property Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to gain experience within the property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the property/lettings team
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
- Maintaining and updating property records and databases
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors as required
- Preparing tenancy agreements, letters, and other property-related documentation
- Scheduling property viewings, inspections, and maintenance appointments
- Filing, photocopying, and general office duties
- Handling incoming post and correspondence
- Supporting the wider team with adhoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous administration experience is essential; experience within the property sector is desirable but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- A professional and friendly telephone manner
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the full duration of the assignment
