Adecco in partnership with the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Lead - Capital Works Delivery to join the Capital Works team on a hybrid basis at The Cube, East London. This interim role oversees pre-construction activities for a diverse programme of housing and public sector projects, turning concepts into robust, procurement-ready packages.
You will work with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement and Commercial teams to develop scopes.
