The Opportunity
In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll be responsible for overseeing shift performance, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met. You'll lead from the front—supporting and developing your team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the production line. Working collaboratively, you'll tackle challenges head‑on, reduce downtime, and deliver strong operational performance.

What You'll Bring
You will be a confident leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for safety, quality, and team development. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be comfortable taking ownership of performance and decision‑making on shift. Hands‑on experience within can making is also required, as this is a practical leadership role with direct involvement on the production line. A Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance is essential. Previous experience leading or developing a team within a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial.
