We are seeking a motivated GRC Analyst to join a growing cybersecurity function. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in governance, risk and compliance activities who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the delivery of cybersecurity governance and compliance initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure security controls, policies and risk management processes are effectively maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) activities across the organisation.
  • Assist with security audits, compliance assessments and assurance reviews.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather evidence and track remediation actions.
  • Support risk identification, assessment and reporting activities.
  • Maintain governance documentation, policies, standards and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance against organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the cybersecurity governance function.
  • Produce reports and documentation for key stakeholders.

About You

  • Previous experience within cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance or security assurance.
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance programmes and risk management activities.
  • The ability to engage confidently with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
