Job Title: Buyer/Inventory Coordinator
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Pay rate: £15.91 per hour (around 30k per annum)

Position Summary:
As an Inventory Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of products and suppliers at a European level, focusing on optimizing customer satisfaction and service levels while managing inventory investment efficiently. Responsibilities include analyzing large data sets, utilizing advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables and Vlookups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve inventory quality and supplier delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of products and suppliers.
- Optimize customer satisfaction and inventory investment by managing the inventory plan and purchase order process effectively.
- Identify problems, analyze data, and make informed decisions to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Track shipments of purchase orders and address delays appropriately.
- Manage delivery issues in collaboration with warehouses.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in purchasing/inventory management.
- Excellent analytical skills and intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
