Business Transformation Manager Rate - 500 (A day) Location - London (Hybrid) Duration - 3 Months (Initially) Ir35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver the transformation and change approach for the programme. Assess business impacts and support the design of future ways of working. Support the definition and implementation of the target operating model, including roles, responsibilities and service ownership. Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple teams and disciplines. Develop communication, engagement and adoption plans.
