Join Our Client's Team as a Business Systems Analyst! Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client, a leading organisation in IT Supply Chain management, is seeking a talented professional to enhance project management and daily operations for tooling and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Monitor dashboards, add incident tags, extract data, and report on tooling health. Proactively flag risks to the core team. Identify tooling issues in tasks, providing root cause analysis and prompt feedback. Create and maintain tooling manuals, including workflows, tagging, setup requirements, and troubleshooting guides. Provide Tier 1 on-call support for Supply Chain tooling issues, triaging and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure all resolution time SLAs are achieved by monitoring dashboards for all Tier levels.
  • Tooling and Process Improvement Support: Collaborate with the business team on process and system enhancements—document problems, create business requirements, validate impact metrics, and propose prioritisation. Conduct value streaming processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions for simple problems. Monitor and report the status of enhancement implementations. Support system implementation by creating testing scenarios and cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), debugging, and providing status updates. Create and maintain process/training documentation, updating the WIKI regularly. Assist with global process/tooling rollouts.

Minimum Experience Required

  • Experience in Supply Chain, with a preference for experience in Oracle, warehouse operations, or manufacturing systems.
  • Basic project management experience in system implementations, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Strong data analysis skills, utilising dashboards to analyse data and report findings to the business.
  • Advanced documentation skills, including process flow creation, SOP documentation, and training guides/manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience supporting supply chain system rollouts, including implementation and integration.
  • Proficiency in process flow visualization tools like LucidChart or Visio, Google Sheets/Slides; adept at drafting SOPs and training guides.
  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Global exposure to diverse processes and systems.
