We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our client's team as they manage an impressive portfolio of properties. Our client, a leading company in their sector, is seeking a motivated individual to provide administrative support to a manager. Join their team today and become an integral part of their success!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the estate and our customers.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders that support our strategy.
- Update the database and anticipate events.
- Provide admin support on development projects, including completing contracts and overseeing warranties.
- Support the team with PO management for all projects.
- Propose marketing initiatives and manage marketing budgets.
- Support the administrative function on small works projects.
- Assist in managing external managers and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Instruct and liaise with contractors for maintenance and repair works.
- Manage a business rates mitigation strategy.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data management.
- Provide administrative support and manage all projects.
- Maintain filing systems and document control for development projects.
- Oversee consultant appointments and record warranties.
- Facilitate coordination between the Development and Asset Manager.
- Attend management meetings and review minutes.
Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £29,000 (based on experience). Up to 5% bonus structure measured against objectives. Death in Service (subject to successfully passing probation). Free parking. 25 days holiday with bank holidays.
Working Pattern: Full-Time - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Hybrid office (4 days) and home-based (1 day).
