Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to the Executive Team
- Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
- Act as first point of contact for calls and visitors
- Support general office administration, including an upcoming office relocation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Manage office supplies and day-to-day administrative processes
