Location: Perth, Scotland

Hours: 20 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Β£23,000 - Β£28,000 per annum (pro rata)

Reporting to: CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to the Executive Team
  • Manage diaries, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems
  • Act as first point of contact for calls and visitors
  • Support general office administration, including an upcoming office relocation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Manage office supplies and day-to-day administrative processes
