Your main responsibilities will include overseeing HR and payroll, facilities management, compliance and risk management, quality and regulatory compliance, and health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee facilities management to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance and manage risks according to regulations.
  • Maintain quality and regulatory standards, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Implement health and safety measures to protect staff.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven operational management experience, preferably in the charity sector.
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll legal requirements.
  • Understanding of facilities management, maintenance, and procurement.
  • Experience with compliance and risk management in regulated environments.
  • Background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and implementation.

The role offers a salary of £45,000 per annum, with benefits including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and hybrid working. This is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, from October 1 to October 31.
