Your main responsibilities will include overseeing HR and payroll, facilities management, compliance and risk management, quality and regulatory compliance, and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage HR and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee facilities management to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance and manage risks according to regulations.
- Maintain quality and regulatory standards, promoting continuous improvement.
- Implement health and safety measures to protect staff.
- Proven operational management experience, preferably in the charity sector.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll legal requirements.
- Understanding of facilities management, maintenance, and procurement.
- Experience with compliance and risk management in regulated environments.
- Background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and implementation.
The role offers a salary of £45,000 per annum, with benefits including 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, and hybrid working. This is a fixed-term contract for 24 months, from October 1 to October 31.
