Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to create top-notch marketing activities for the EMEA gaming ecosystem, including events, campaigns, programs, training, and content.
- Develop and execute multi-country integrated marketing programs focused on gaming industry priorities.
- Lead content marketing initiatives (written narratives, articles, video/audio series, newsletters) tailored to gaming audiences and performance marketers.
- Design and run marketing initiatives that appeal to digital-native, growth-focused companies and performance marketers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for high-quality delivery.
- Project manage marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Hypothesise, test, measure, optimise, and scale marketing initiatives for gaming.
- Innovate and challenge the status quo to elevate impact across the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
- B2B marketing experience, ideally within the gaming or tech sector.
- Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem in EMEA.
- Proven track record in driving business results through marketing in EMEA markets.
- Experience marketing to performance marketers and growth-focused businesses.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to communicate digital marketing concepts effectively.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; simplify complex concepts.
- Creative flair with a history of fresh ideas in marketing programs.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-functional, international teams.
- Passion for technology and the gaming industry.
- Native or near-native fluency in English with outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in growth or performance marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in additional EMEA languages is a bonus.
