How to prepare for a job interview at Adecco
✨Know Your Change Management Frameworks
Familiarise yourself with popular change management models like ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process. Be ready to discuss how you’ve applied these frameworks in past roles, as this will show your understanding of the discipline and your ability to lead change effectively.
✨Prepare Real-Life Examples
Think of specific instances where you've successfully managed change initiatives. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses. This will help you articulate your experience clearly and demonstrate your impact on previous projects.
✨Understand Their Vision
Research the company’s mission and values, especially their commitment to customer outcomes. Be prepared to discuss how your approach to change management aligns with their goals and how you can contribute to building better futures for their customers.
✨Engage with Questions
Prepare thoughtful questions that show your interest in the role and the organisation. Ask about their current change initiatives or how they measure success in change adoption. This not only demonstrates your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the company is the right fit for you.
