Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to gather and document requirements.
• Analyse complex requirements, identify trends and patterns for regulatory and compliance purposes.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning and support the implementation of solutions.
• Assist in defining business processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst within an IT/Digital programme delivery.
