The Role
As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role at the centre of daily operations, providing essential support across the business. From managing communications to coordinating meetings, your contribution will help ensure the office runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing calls professionally
- Greeting visitors and ensuring adherence to site procedures
- Maintaining organised filing systems (both digital and paper)
- Preparing documents, including photocopying, scanning, and printing
- Supporting diary management, appointments, and meeting coordination
- Setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and preparing equipment
- Monitoring and restocking office supplies and stationery
- Carrying out data entry and updating internal systems
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to senior staff
- Building strong working relationships through clear and professional communication
