People & Operations Coordinator - Suffolk - £35,000-£40,000 We are currently recruiting for a People & Operations Coordinator on behalf of our client, a growing Suffolk-based manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, proactive and digitally savvy individual looking for a varied role supporting both people and business operations. Working closely with the Managing Director and Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in helping the business become more efficient and structured as it continues to grow. Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE Holiday: 23 Days + Bank Holidays Benefits: Annual Bonus, Pension Scheme, On-Site Parking, Training & Development Opportunities Role Responsibilities: Providing administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director and Leadership Team. Coordinating meetings, managing action plans and ensuring key projects stay on track. Supporting HR processes including onboarding, contracts, employee records and recruitment administration. Assisting with payroll preparation, employee expenses and pension administration. Creating reports, trackers and dashboards to support business decision-making. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working. Coordinating office facilities, suppliers, wellbeing initiatives and employee events.What are we looking for? Previous experience in an Administration, Office Manager, Executive Assistant, HR Coordinator or Operations Support role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A confident communicator who can work with people at all levels. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience within HR administration, payroll or recruitment would be advantageous.
