We are currently seeking a Goods in/Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our Newmarket based client. This is a brilliant role with a forward thinking company experiencing growth, with big plans for the future!

Salary: £33-36k (DOE)

Hours: Monday-Friday (40 hours)

Benefits: 25 days + Bank Holidays, Early finish on a Friday, Staff discount, Private Healthcare

Role Responsibilities:

  • To take delivery of incoming goods ensuring orders are correct, using a Counterbalance Forklift.
  • Booking incoming stock onto the system and ensuring it is stored correctly.
  • Manage the outbound dispatch of finished goods to customers.
  • Monitor inventory using in house systems, and address any shortages.
  • Work with approved couriers to book in transport for in bound and outbound deliveries.
  • Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience within a Warehousing and logistics based role.
  • Counterbalance Forklift License.
  • Good I.T and computer skills and a great eye for detail.
  • Experience in organising and scheduling transport, ideally with import/export processes.
  • A hands on, team player.
