Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain client files from opening through to closure, including compliance checks and data updates
- Prepare and format documents, correspondence and files
- Support billing processes and liaise with finance colleagues
- Handle incoming calls and assist with client queries
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the team
