We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Technical Documentation Coordinator to take ownership of developing clear, accurate and user-friendly Building User Guides (BUGs) across a luxury hospitality estate. This role involves reviewing technical information, validating service locations, and transforming complex building details into simple, accessible documentation for operational teams. This is an admin-heavy, research-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, information gathering, and producing consistent, polished documents. You will work closely with internal teams, external contractors, and subject matter experts to ensure that all building information is complete, reliable, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing as-built documentation to identify, verify, and map mechanical, architectural, and MEP service locations.
- Research, source, and clarify technical information from various internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, structure, and complete Building User Guide templates.
