About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well‑established manufacturing facility in Gilberdyke. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both warehouse and production areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock, raw materials, and finished products around the site
- Supporting the production and warehouse teams as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements
- In‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous experience within a warehouse or factory environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently when required
