About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well‑established manufacturing facility in Gilberdyke. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of both warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Moving stock, raw materials, and finished products around the site
  • Supporting the production and warehouse teams as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Requirements

  • In‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
  • Previous experience within a warehouse or factory environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently when required
