We're currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Melton. This role is focused on picking, packing and order fulfilment, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.

We have opportunities available on either:

  • Late Shift: 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Permanent Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am (Monday to Friday)

The Role

  • Picking customer orders accurately using pick sheets or scanners
  • Packing products safely and efficiently ready for dispatch
  • Labelling, wrapping and preparing goods for shipment
  • Checking stock for quality and accuracy
  • Loading and unloading deliveries when required
  • Maintaining housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse
  • Working to daily targets and deadlines
  • Following all health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of picking and packing would be advantageous
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
