The Role
As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared, packaged, and dispatched to the highest standards. Working within a busy production environment, you'll be responsible for processing orders efficiently while maintaining excellent levels of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, prepare and pack customer orders
- Complete order documentation and customer records accurately
- Ensure products are packaged to a high standard before dispatch
- Carry out quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Support production and fulfilment activities as required
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Undertake other duties as required to support the wider operation
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
- Is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is comfortable completing paperwork and handling customer information accurately
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Has their own transport due to the business location
Previous experience within order fulfilment, production, packing, warehouse, manufacturing or logistics environments would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
