A well‑established engineering business in Biggin Hill is looking for a strong, experienced Administrator with Sage experience to join their Purchasing team. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Raising and managing purchase orders using Sage 200
- Processing purchase requisitions from Manufacturing, Production, R&D, and Accounts
- Monitoring deliveries, chasing suppliers, and updating order statuses
- Reviewing Sage 200 MRP requirements and processing orders accordingly
- Supporting supplier communications on pricing and delivery
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within purchasing or procurement
- Strong Sage 200 (or similar CRM) experience
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and proactive
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a busy environment
- Full UK driving licence
