Due to continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive Stock Controller to support their busy Sales and Operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and customer service are key.
The Role
As a Stock Controller you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales support function, acting as a key link between customers, sales representatives, production, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing and updating customer records on internal systems
- Coordinating with production and distribution teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotations, reports, and sales documentation
- Monitoring stock availability
