Our client is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to provide an accurate and customer-focused recruitment administration service across the recruitment life cycle. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting a dynamic recruitment team!
Summary:

- Location: Bristol - hybrid 2 days required onsite
- Pay Rate: £20 - £25.00 an hour
- Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to recruiters and the Recruitment Manager, prioritising tasks according to vacancy deadlines and candidate needs.
- Coordinate Microsoft Teams and face-to-face interviews, collaborating with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure smooth scheduling.
- Manage changes, cancellations, and rearrangements of interviews promptly, always keeping candidates informed and supported.
- Track candidate confirmations and maintain an accurate interview schedule, following up on outstanding responses.
- Prepare and distribute final interview timetables and relevant candidate information to hiring managers and interview panels efficiently.
- Answer queries that come into the inbox, providing first-line support and escalating matters as necessary.
- Build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and status updates in the applicant tracking system and supporting trackers.
- Assist hiring managers with coordinating feedback for candidates when requested.
- Help maintain recruitment SharePoint pages to ensure guidance, templates, and information remain current and user-friendly.
- Monitor recurring queries, highlight themes, and suggest practical improvements to processes and templates.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in providing high-quality administration or coordination support in a busy, customer-focused environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex schedules while adapting to changing priorities.
- A solid understanding of GDPR legislation, confidentiality, and the importance of accurate recruitment records.
- Excellent customer focus, providing prompt and professional support.
- Clear and empathetic written and verbal communication skills, confidently engaging with candidates and colleagues alike.
- Strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, demonstrating reliability and a commitment to inclusive candidate experiences.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is advantageous.
- Familiarity with handling a shared inbox and managing high-volume customer queries.
- Understanding of fair and inclusive recruitment practices and reasonable adjustments.
