Location: Bristol City Centre (BS1)

Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour

Hours: 8 hours per week, to be worked across 3 days per week. The client is flexible on which days and working hours.

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Office Coordinator to join a growing organisation based in Bristol city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys supporting business operations, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the day-to-day running of the office
  • Managing office supplies, facilities, and general administration
  • Scheduling meetings and managing shared calendars
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting onboarding and employee administration
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of company events, team activities, and office initiatives
  • Supporting process improvements and ad hoc projects as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator, or similar support role
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
  • Previous event coordination or office event planning experience would be advantageous
