We're looking for a Multi-Site Facilities Caretaker to take pride in maintaining the Invicta building and surrounding estate, ensuring it stays clean, safe, secure and well-presented every single day. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being active, solving problems and working independently. If you like a job where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out full building walkarounds, removing rubbish and reporting any issues.
- Check and maintain front doors, fire doors, garage gates and locks (reset where possible).
- Keep foyers, lifts and communal areas tidy and presentable.
- Deliver parcels safely to the front of residents' flats.
- Maintain clean and tidy bin stores across Cores A, B & C.
- Weeding, de-mossing and general outdoor upkeep.
- Touch up scuff marks using correct paint colours.
- Jet-wash acco drains weekly (winter) and quarterly (spring/summer).
- Jet-wash bin areas every two weeks.
