About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Account Manager to join a fast-paced business supporting restaurant partners across the South West and South Wales. You will manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized restaurant partners, acting as a trusted advisor and helping them maximise the value of the platform.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, using performance data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide consultative support and recommendations to improve partner performance.
- Influence adoption of new products, features, and marketing solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Product.
- Maintain accurate records and account activity within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- Analyse account data and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

Previous experience required:
